January 2026 marked the start of our first 30-year partnership with a city council in Cameroon. The agreement covers the full journey, from the first truck of waste to electricity on the national grid.
What the agreement covers
- Collection and weighing of municipal waste
- A modular waste-to-energy plant, privately financed
- Long-term operation by local teams
- A revenue share for the Council and community funds
No public money is needed for construction. We bring the capital and the expertise; the city brings the waste and the site.
Every city produces waste. We make sure it powers homes, creates jobs and stops piling up in the open.
What happens next
The first nine months are for studies, permits, land and financing. Site works, installation and commissioning follow, with first power planned 36 months from the start.
