Our plants do not incinerate waste. They convert it. The difference is oxygen: inside the converter there is none, so nothing burns.

From pellets to gas

Shredded waste is pressed into uniform fuel pellets. A sealed feed carries them into the oxygen-free chamber, where a heating jacket brings them to 600–1,200 °C. The pellets break down into a fuel gas, which is piped away for cleaning.

Cleaning and power

Cyclones, filters and scrubbers strip dust and pollutants from the gas before it reaches the generators. Emissions are monitored continuously.
